My history of working in the behavioral health field includes working with individuals, families and groups in mental health agencies, schools, hospitals and private practice settings. I have had formal training in several different types of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I provide services for individuals and families with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, anger management, obsessive-compulsive disorder and issues with body image.
